THE HEALING EFFECTS OF HERBS
It is less well known that herbs are concentrated in vitamins and minerals. They have great healing properties that relieve a lot of things on our bodies from outside to the inside. Herbs can be prepared like a cup of tea as plain as they are or with a dash of lemon to give them the little sweetness or can be used as soothing teas or in our dishes as well as for cosmetic purposes. Red Clover
Supports the production of estrogen and is best taken during the first half of a woman’s cycle. Some women use red clover for symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes; for breast pain or tenderness and for premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STD’S).

Fennel
Contrary to bay leaves fennel will suppress the appetite by chewing its fresh leaves. Fennel contains significant amounts of fiber decreasing the risk of heart disease as it helps reduce the total amount of cholesterol in the blood. It has fiber, vitamin B6 & potassium.
Sage
Sage is high in calcium, magnesium, potassium, thiamine, Vitamin A, and zinc which also brings about the healing effects of herbs in your body. Brightens up the sallow complexion. Good for digestion, relief of inflammation, headaches, a good tonic for sore throats and strengthening of the nervous system. Sage is also used as a natural cleaning agent.
Chamomile
Sprinkle some in your bath to make yourself look beautiful while relieving those menstrual pains, fever, nerves, itchy skin, and hysteria. It can prevent nightmares in children.
