When you look good, you feel good and when you feel good you ooze with so much confidence and this world needs confident women. The ideal skin is flawless, pimple free, blemish free, even toned with no appearance of wrinkles. Great skin requires nourishing; you might be so lucky that you were born like that but keeping it that way is all about love, care and feeding it the necessary vitamins. We can be what we eat but those foods we put in our mouth can also do wonders from the outside. There are products that do wonders but natural ingredients are always best and they usually tackle more than one problem at a time.
We are wired differently and some of these may not work faster or best as on the other person. The natural home remedies have no bad side effects like products with chemicals on. They either work wonders or not work at all with no damages incurred. I remember when I was growing up my grandmother had Aloe tree at home and that was a remedy for everything and I mean absolutely everything we had to complain about. Most of these remedies we grew up around them but as we grow older we forget but we then again buy them in fancy containers. We are so wrapped up in modern ways and start believing they’re better or maybe more hygienic.

These DIY remedies can be done after a long day of work as it takes only 15-20min of your time or even on those free from work mornings or nights. The number one advice I always come across from the dermatologist is the use of sunscreen, that over emphasized as the sun does too much damage on our skin. Over exposure to the sun requires reapplication of the sunscreen every 2 hours. Now we have great sunscreens that keep our skin matte. Use of good moisturizer minimizes oily skin because it is said that the skin secretes too much oil on its own if it is deprived of hydration in an effort to keep itself hydrated. Often we believe oily skin need no moisturizer but it does, the one that is recommended for that type of skin. The beauty of oily skin is that it ages very slowly in comparison to a dry one but makeup never last long and a shiny looking face is no woman’s best friend. Turmeric is another good way of dealing with that shiny look.
Dry skin is the best in accommodating makeup as it stays and lasts longer but most importantly it requires enough hydration to minimize quick aging and wrinkles, makeup looks good on a healthy skin. Visits to the dermatologist on yearly basis will keep you looking good and the regular facials are important to thoroughly cleanse our skin and get rid of the dead skin cells. A Dr will advise best in the do’s and don’ts for a healthy skin. It need not take a skin outbreak before action is taken. Proper care will result in a glowing most radiant and even toned skin.
